SycaMoreThe record
The record
One clear claim, with a phone number attached.
The volunteer creates it. Anyone can open it — no account needed.
What it says
The organization is the one making the claim.
Not SycaMore, and not the volunteer — the people who were there.
- Hours captured and hours adjusted, shown apart
- Who adjusted them, and when
- What SycaMore did not see, stated on the page
The link never breaks
Every state has a banner. None is a 404.
Someone has the link in an old email. It has to keep working.
- Revoked — shows the date and a fixed reason
- Superseded — points to the newer version
- Organization closed — the record still stands
Whose record it is
The organization issues it. The volunteer shares it.
Only the volunteer sends it
No screen lets an organization send someone’s record to a third party.
Under 18? A guardian confirms
Minors see everything. Sharing waits for a guardian’s email confirmation.
Codes can’t be guessed
96 bits of randomness, and an unknown code looks the same as a revoked one.
Open one and try to break it.
The demo has records that are active, superseded and revoked.
