How it works
Three steps. No forms about the past.
An event is opened, people check in and out, and a coordinator confirms the roster before leaving. Everything else follows from that.
Step 1
Open an event.
Ten fields on one screen. Publishing gives you a QR code and a six-letter code.
- Ready thirty seconds before it starts
- No signup or RSVP — keep the tool you use
- Details lock once the event is closed
Step 2
Volunteers check in and out.
They scan on arrival and on the way out. The timestamps become the hours.
- No phone? Added by name in two seconds
- Works with no signal; syncs the real time later
- Rounded to the nearest quarter hour
Step 3
Close and attest.
One screen, hours already filled in. Confirm, set roles, done.
- Any change needs a written reason
- A missing checkout is zero, never guessed
- After this, the hours cannot be edited
What it produces
Everything else is a consequence.
A verification record
The volunteer creates it. One organization, the whole period, at a public link.
Role credentials
Team Lead, Event Coordination, Logistics — issued at exact thresholds, after a 48-hour hold.
Reports
Hours by event and volunteer, CSV export, and impact summaries for partners.
